vegetables, eggs, and flowers are organically grown at Back Roads Farm: free range organic eggs, fresh herbs, medicinal flowers, and vegetables. Cheeses are from Cabot and other nearby places. Pie crust is flour,butter, spring fed water a pinch salt and pepper. They are 4 inch pies. Cooked to a nice custard, with some pastry infused with herbs. All flower decorations are edible and good for you.
