Our Hams are smoked & cured naturally. Weights range approximately 4.30, 4.60 or 4.12 lbs. Expecting more people, get two hams of the same size. They will knock your socks off! The trick for juicy ham is to just reheat them by the SVF recipe: 11 minutes per pound at 325 F set in heated cider and tightly covered. Recipe included with your purchase.
