Tart, fully juicy; healthy for skin, eyes and general health. Does have Omega 3,6,9 and 7. The oil floats to top of blenderised juice. Oil used in cosmetics.
Blenderise equal volume of cold water with berries. Seive the seeds and larger pieces of fiber, add sweetener, ( honey or maple syrup ). You will have a concentrated juice, that can be diluted with seltzer, water or other juice. Drink at least an ounce of juice daily!!! Refills$1off
